Something followed me home the other day...looks like it's time to get started...again....I owned this car 10 years ago..

I put new quarters and rockers on it in the past, also has a fresh 360 and 727 I built before and never saw any action...it's running now...gonna strip it down and paint it and put it back on the road.

It's an original 360 car...not numbers matching motor though...

So it's been a while since I posted anything...when I got it home all the things had done to the car years ago had to be done over since it sat for so long...

So out came all the old filler and grind off all the rust.

The guy I bought back from threw in a pair of fenders in primer that looked better than the ones on.....until you take the primer off...i always say I would rather fix dents than rust but....this is not what I had in mind...

About 7 hours with a stud welder, hammer and dolly, and my welder I through a skim on and did some sanding...

I built the motor and trans years ago and it maybe had 2 miles on it. It came out to get a good looking over and cleaned back up..the blue in the engine compartment I painted years ago also, it's going to be this color when finished.

It's a knock off of the Direct Connection spoiler..not sure where it came from got it from a buddy.

This is the vision for the car...my stripe is silver not white and I will be running rally wheels or blue cop car wheels.

First time in 10 plus years it moved on its own....

Might of made sure the rear end was ok on the way back in the garage...lol

Haven't checked in lately, I got really lazy over winter...recently have gotten back on the Duster. Changed the distributor, and oil pump drive as it was bent?? ( not sure how that happened). Put new rotors, pads, calipers, hoses, and an idle arm on.

The back few inches of the rear frame rails are kinda crusty so, I bought some pieces from a member here and have spent some time cleaning them up and getting ready to install them over the next week.
