Ok so I'm going to tackle the project of sound damping my 71 duster.
Products I'm sure are damn near all the same, installation is peel/stick it and go. (basically). Will probably only do the floor and doors.
MY question is....
How high up on the interior firewall do you go? Seems like a dumb question but...the carpet only covers so high...so then I'll have this silver sound deadener peaking out at me...
Obviously...don't go that high... but that seems to defeat the purpose of the installation of the deadener.
I've seen several cars on this site that have inspired me to do this...so Thanks!
