Some where on this site yall were talking bout some really good sound deadner and heat barrier. There was a link to a fellows site that does car stereo work who sells it by the 50 ft. roll. Where did I read about that stuff?? It was priced right as well.

Try the silver backed bubble insulation from Home Depot, works great and the price is right.

U can check out a product called lizard skin its a sprayable coating for sound and heat

Cudachick1968 ~ Thats the stuff! I used it on my Duster. Happy as can be. An extra step is adding the ensolite. That stuff works well. Rick at RammAudio is great too. I never used the Home Depot stuff. Always worried about using products other that what they were intend for....But a ton of people swear by it. Cost is 4 time less.
