Color may be different, but parts would pretty much be same (I think).

Just doing what I do
It is the same as my '69 GTS. Spare tire goes into the well valve stem side down. Then the jack hook is slid over the bolt down against the wheel and the jack base goes on next followed by the wing nut.

Your picture is accurate for the jack itself.
There is no jack hook on the 67-67 Barracuda jack.
The "hook", or lack thereof, is part of the jack mechanism.
Spare tire is stem up, jack base is upside down to center it in the hub opening of the wheel.

Looks similar to the setup in my Demon. Im not sure how mine attaches. My question is the spring. Is it a closed loop on one end. Im not sure how it attaches to the jack mechanism.
The original springs in 68 are not closed loop.
I have three, and they are all this style (except color, this one's been painted, and this one's a little stretched):
On Barracudas there's a hole in the center of the jack mechanism that the spring goes through.
