what are you using for a spare and wheel that fits in spare wheel and flat enough for card board cover is flat on floor thanks

The cardboard was above the floor on every Mopar I ever had with the factory spare. what about a "space saver" from a later Mopar(or Ford) with 4 1/2 X 5 bolt pattern??
Remember, the original Valiant/Dart tire/wheel was a 6.50x13 on a 4.5" rim.
They sat flush with trunk floor.
Bigger tires and rims sorta muck up the fit and they did stick up above the trunk floor.
If you look here, you will see the outline of the tire poking above the trunk floor on a 73..
