Included is all parts that come with the kit, 2 heads, rocker train. I am firm on $3990 USD which is what Stage V sells them for. They are brand new still, never even came close to a block. Yes its the same as what you could buy from Stage V for...but, heres the kicker:
I'm throwing in the oil line parts(line & fittings), CNC porting job done by Tim Banning at For Hemis Only- normally worth at least $2000 US. Theres my loss- your gain. Pics show valves and springs, but those are being used on my other Stage V's. Heads are set up for 2.30" intakes and 1.90" exhaust. Ready for you to install your own valves, springs etc. Use on any RB or B block.
