Standard gauge cluster screw size

Searched with no luck, On the 6 screws I believe anyone know the size an if you can get black screws or I can paint the heads

I went to the local hardware store and they had the chrome trim screws I needed. I also saw black trim screws.

I dont have a screw 2 compare 2, Happen to know the size you got ?

No sorry it was for chrome trim. I think it was a flathead #8 1/2 inch.
I know the dash gauges aren't that big.

My memory is weak but I think what goes in through inst' panel and into the dash are #10X3/4. I know they are filister head screws. Never even considered that a hardware store might have them. I ordered the correct chromed head screws for pre 70 rally dash from mrGusa.com. They would have black too. Actually... the factory screws were special at about 5/8 long. 3/4 works. 1/2 might also.
