Do you mean "white wire"? I don't have a wiring diagram in front of me, but there are many posted here. It looks like you are using industrial wiring blocks in place of the factory connector. In 1966, the connector is termed "twin lock" terminals. A bit hard to find. Other cars (GM?) used them in their bulkhead connector, but not our 10-pin housing.

In most ( and I'm not saying this is correct answer to your question )
There is a white wire that comes from the brake lamp switch at the pedal. It goes up the steering column to the turn signal switch. The signal switch position determines whether the light green and dark green are supplied as brake lamps or as turn signals.

Go to MyMopar

66 Plymouth shop manual, and wiring diagrams:

Also, some free manuals here, some of them from MyMopar as well

http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?p=1970088657

And diagrams from MyMopar

Using the above diagrams AS A STARTING POINT consult diagram "A" and find the "directional signal switch connector" about mid page. White from terminal 7 goes off to the right to page "B" where you'll see it goes to the stop light switch

thanks a lot for your help, is should have something to do with the brakelight i guess. .-)

Yes, power comes TO the brake light switch, through the switch and up that white wire TO the TS switch. If the switch is centered, it routes brake light power to both rear bulbs.
