Steering column firewall mount

I have a factory 74 dart sport factory manual car. The original steering column was removed from the car and isn't a solid unit. The bracket that bolts to the firewall is not attached and I have no clue how it was originally. And the steering shaft has nothing keeping it centered in the column. There's a bearing attached at the end but it's not doing anything.

Unlike previous years it's a one piece not a dual like all I've seen online. Currently away from the car can get pictures soon.

The floor mounting bracket is a two piece if its the same as mine. The larger mounting plate is almost triangular with three large mounting holes (for adjustment of smaller bolts) with a small round bracket with two bolts and a large rubber donut to grab the column. There is a gasket between the mounting and the floor. Will need pics of the column to see missing parts.
