steering column

i have a column shifted automatic (1972 340 demon) that is now floor shifted.i would like to clean it up,add a tach to the column ,ect.i would like to change to a manual shift column or modify the exsisting column.any suggestions would be helpful.i finally have another a body after 25 years without.

I have done the change as well, but I had to wait 3 years to find a good "clean" floor shift column with only a turn signal and without an ignition. Some members here had done excellent jobs on cleaning up their columns.

If you guys aren't aware a B-body column is the same you will just have to use the shaft out of your A-body column.
I did that on my Scamp and i just did it on my 72 Duster.
