Steering wheel removal

Need to remove horn ring from 1967 dart gt convertible. Any ideals. Ring is loose and floppy.

tighten the screws under the center cap

The cap screws off (about 1/3 turn).

to the left ,lefty loosie,righty tighty

That chrome horn ring does look like 1 piece. The very top ( about 1/2 inch thick ) portion will come off. Hold the wheel, grasp the center cap and rotate it counterclockwise about 30 degrees to unlatch it.

Thanks. Got center cap off and took wheel and tightened the 3 screws on back. Back to new again. Appreciate your help.
