Good to see Steve up and back out. I am sure it was an uphill battle for him to regain his health and hopefully we will see his work once again!!

I'll admit I had to google encephalitis. That's awful. If that's what he had, I hope he's OK.

Also, congrats OP.
 
I feel bad for the guy, pretty much lost everything he owns due to medical bills.
 
Steve was an incredibly nice guy. He spoke about his illness and how well he was treated by his caregivers. I watched him spend time listening and talking with everyone. He moved slowly claiming he can't walk normally and had a "hospital shuffle." There was not a speck of self pity and he was profuse in his thanks for the outpouring of support he received. He had to sell everything to pay for his medical bills. He is still financially struggling but was optimistic. He asked me if he could profile my car and I was thrilled! I asked him if he would sign inside my trunk and he was happy to be asked. He finished the video, thanked me for allowing him to do it and went slowly on his way. I watched him leave with admiration and inspiration. What a great man!
