They should.
Step 1: You have to check the diameter of the hole in the base to make sure it matches your carb.
Step 2: Check hood clearance since you are using a "high rise manifold". Put the air cleaner on the carb and take a little clay/play dough and place it on top of the air cleaner lid. Slowly, carefully, gently close the hood and then see how much the clay has been smashed down. If it looks good, then try to slam the hood down as most people would to close the hood and then check how much the clay has been smashed down. This will make sure that you won't get that upward ding in the center of the hood from not enough clearance to the carb stud.
