I am feeling a little better now... The cough is down and I'm not as congested as the last two days... I still have a little fever left, but not as bad as it was before...

I started some antibiotics and a pain killer this afternoon to help... Right now my sinuses are clear and feel a little 'cloudy' in my head, but much better than the last two days...

I have been taking some vitamin C as I have been mixing some orange juice and Minute Maid lemonade together and had some Texas grapefruit to supplement the garlic, tumerec, and ginger that I have been taking to boost my immune system... I have also been getting alot of sleep to help... Up and down all day with naps... I'm feeling much better now than this morning... Yesterday and this morning I was suffering so badly that I felt either get me better or let me die to end the suffering...

I would rather eat the nutrients in their natural form vs taking pills... It's only when those don't work that I take a pill, but I usually wait a few days before doing that...

Just ordered a bunch of stuff for my 70 Swinger from Tamraz in that link that was posted....wow, 50% everything, I ordered a bunch of AMD stuff they had, wish they had my front fenders and quarters at that price but must not stock them, but did get lots of sheet metal...check it out guys if you need something, sale ends soon!!

We had a few at our house go through it, seemed to be a 24hr bug we had but it was not fun, throwing up and sitting on the pot half the day and not eating...glad it’s over. Last year Christmas out of 9 of us almost everyone got sick, one kid that didn’t get sick broke her elbow....ouch! That was not a fun Christmas....glad this year was better!

They have an outlet near here... They used to be in Plainfield, but now have moved to Naperville....

Plainfield was closer to me... About 20 minutes from my brother's place...

Naperville is a little farther...
 
Everyone around me are getting the flu...they missed whatever flu strain this year on the flu shots.
We got a short winter here,so no worriez.

I didn't get the throwing up... Just head congestion and fever and alot of coughing... Must be a different bug than what I caught...

Work does not help... The loading dock doors are open and lots of cold getting in the warehouse...

If I wear my coat all the time, I sweat and then get the chills... So I don't wear my coat unless I feel cold, then take it off when I warm up before I sweat too much and get the chills...

But with the rule that if you miss a day before or after a paid holiday, you forfeit the holiday pay... So people come in sick so they don't loose the money... Colds spread real fast in there...

Not to mention that most people refill their water bottles with the bottled water dispensers hold their bottles against the nozzle which transfers the germs... I make sure to hold my water bottle below the spout so it doesn't contact it and pass the germs... Then with the loading dock doors opening and closing all the time, we get alot of cold in there...

There are 11 loading docks in the front of the warehouse and three others in the back... They pull full semi's in there to load and unload so the temperature in there is always changing...

I don't like getting shots... Plus like you said, what if they miss the strain and it doesn't do any good...

I think that I have had two different strains this month alone, but haven't missed a day all year... I should get a bonus for good attendance in January.... They give a bonus for every three months of perfect attendance... If I can keep it up for six more months, I will get a $500 bonus for a straight year of perfect attendance... I'm halfway there...

I was worried that I would have to call in this week, but I am feeling better and will be able to go back this week and not miss any days...

Last day of 2018.
I have to say, i accomplished a lot of things this year.
Tools i wanted to build/modify
Building maintenance
Moving forward with the car projects.
Some of this i can truly say is a credit to fabo and especially you all here in the coffee shop. Gave me the motivation i needed to get stuff done.
Wouldnt think i got much done with all the time i spend here...
Post count shows it.
