Got my new Superman t-shirt today. First time in 25 years that a plain XL t-shirt fits me properly!
I guess I’m going to have to replace all the other 2XL t-shirts now. I will have to only get a few though, I will be down to just a L by the end of the Summer.

Actually, it’s also been a lot of belts too! I have lost over 18” off my waist.
I still have that belt from the “before” photo...it goes 1-1/2 times around me now!
