Stop in for a cup of coffee

Sold some properties here a few weeks back.
When you walked out the back of the building, there is about 6 ft , to a iffy retaining wall to the next property..
That owner has been on me to fix the wall for years.
I kept telling him check your deed . It's not my property.
When my grandfather put up these buildingsvvhe just built them .
No permits nada.
Things were done different then.
Anyway he built right to the line the 6ft area is actually an easement, fire lane.
I had to do some "work" to get deeds for the buildings so I could sell them.

I have heard that those items are called "encumbrances", we had all trees that were over the line annotated on our recent property line survey. I don't think they will be a legal issue in the future tho. Glad you were able to get yours sold, remember reading you mentioning that a while back.

Today is my Granddaughter's birthday...all three of them.
Two were born different families the same year, the third one three years later.
My SNL has a sister, who had her daughter on you guessed it May 13th.
I always go and buy a lottery ticket on this day.
Someday we'll have them all in one location and have one big party!!

Found the rotted brake line in the front, still changing them all out and needs a water pump other than that nothing really else needed. Tires!

LOL your right! Been using that stuff for a few years on the distributors fo storage and the underside of the mower deck, it works!

I have been using fluid film for a long time. Lots of times for preventing rust. Wheel nuts. Especially the chrome capped ones, the stainless expands from the rust buildup and its impossible to get a socket on them.

Good Morning everyone. Another long day today. Not really in the mood for it to be honest. Work from 5:30-2:30, PT at 3:30-4:30 (30 min drive), testing from 5-7, Board Meeting from 7-8, then finally 30 min drive home for some supper....yuck. More coffee please!!
