Thanks for the heads-up Karl and bringing back good memories. No 7-11s around here but as kids in FL we went crazy for Icee's when they first came to 7-11 in the '60's then before long they changed to Slurpee's. Sometimes they had special flavors like Blue Blunder and Pink Fink. We rode our bikes there practically every day...I'll have to pay for one today just for old time's sake.

When I lived in Florida in the 60's the stores were called Jitney Jr's
 
We used to have 7-11's here back in the day. Now we have Caseys and Quick Star. No slurpies for me today. Dentist appointment anyway.
 
I would ride my 125 honda to Dover Fla. for an Ice-E ... cooled me off after a hot day in the strawberry fields, seems we would get a rain and get ran out of the fields and off I would go and hurry back becouse the rain would quit and back to work I went :realcrazy:

All you have to do Ben is mention donuts and I'm in...don't have any but my sister brought me some blackberries so I just threw together a big pancake to have with cup #2, thanks, it came out pretty good...

Last week, a guy in our town arranged for some sex from a girl from Indiana. He'd gotten a couple of BJ's from her in the past...

She came with some friends, two other girls and two guys, planning on robbing him...

When he went to let her out of the house so she could "go to the car and get condoms" - most likely the criminal's trigger word, he saw her friends lurking outside his house and pushed her out the door, locked it... Then went to his kitchen, grabbed his gun and when the perps tried to kick in his front door, one with a knife, he shot the guy with the knife in the chest and killed him, and another guy got shot in the leg...

Three young mothers from Indiana ages 19 - 21 are now in jail for murder since it happened during their crime. Along with the guy with a bullet in his leg... They caught them when they took the guy with the bullet in the leg to a First Aid Medical Center to get treatment...

Crime is not as "easy money" as some think... Nobody thinks about what can go wrong....

The homeowner had a proper ccw permit and was not charged with shooting the perps...
