I didn't get nachos finally, I didn't get anything at all. dang it.

oh well, breakfast at taco bell in a few hours ....or maybe an egg mcmuffin
 
I just took the door and fender off one side on the demon...

I am a little concerned with painting the doors and fenders off the car because it seems like a chip always happens on reassembly.

but on the flip side, if you paint these pieces on the car, there are places under the flange and between hinges that do not get paint, but that is how the factory did it

well it was clear in the back yard when I took the pooch out. Musta been a very local thing...
thicker than peanut butter on the drive in.

When I assembled the Road Runner, All the individual pieces were painted off the car. Just had to be Super careful on Assy. But that was a rotisserie car. The GTS is going to be a driver, and all the panels are in Hot Rod Black now, So if they get a little nick here or there , it's ok for now.
 
'ello again... yea, ride in was interesting - clear as bell in some places - foggy as a Saturday night on Sunday morning in others
 
Seems I bought a speedo. Auto Meter 6602. It seems to need some sort of special input, like from a Vertex magneto but I figured, hey, I'm an electronics engineer, how hard could it be? $60 plus shipping is an ok price, I think.
