is it a tower type computer?
I did that until I accapted that it didn't help any longer.might just be something loose (I can't tell how badly I wanted to say - kick it harder!!)
Minitower. Crappy HP but the graphics are killer now.is it a tower type computer?
it doesn't take much to get something vibrating inside those things - next time it is off, open it up and check all the screws - main (mother) board and allI did that until I accapted that it didn't help any longer.
It could be a cable or something rubbing on a fan. I just installed a new graphics card (my son upgraded and I got his for cheap).
The daughters girlfriend has family where they are going. This is a repetitive thing. None of them can keep it together so they bounce around. They get on each others nerves so there is constant drama they get a place and this one's leaving , this ones coming, etc. I don't see good coming from this move. Mike one of these sisters is the one that stayed with us for 2 months while her son absconded with her SS check and food stamps while we supported her. Her and I don't get along so her coming here was not put out there. This is just the other kid talking her into something different. The other sister just follows along with wherever she thinks she can get a free ride.why pull roots in the first place? I can see leaving some things behind - but WHY go? Is it that bad there?
hey - how's work?
those were the two 4 bbls for the slant...Wasn't it the Netherlands?

Till the next time touch yourselves!
I went down there and opened 'er up. One of the two fans on the graphics card is shot. Stop it with my finger and the noise goes away.it doesn't take much to get something vibrating inside those things - next time it is off, open it up and check all the screws - main (mother) board and all
Sorry could not resist.
Glad you're back in the saddle Karl.Going ok....
they made some changes that I need to get used to...
I used to have a roll of paper hanging on my station that I could just pull and tear then crumpled to pack... I could whip the boxed out real quick...
Now they have a machine that is foot operated and crumples the paper and cuts it off from a folded continuous stack... I'm willing to work with it, but they put it on the other side where I have to walk around to get my paper every time or make a bunch at a time which will crowd my work station...
They have a second paper crunching machine, but it is blocked by the 2" tube pallet for me to use... And they have a new bander for the boxes that grabs the band and yanks it tight and secures it, but you have to make sure that your fingers don't get caught in the band... There is a slot under it that you have to feed the band, it takes a while to get it to catch... I think if they modified the detail for that part to ramp/guide the tip of the band in better, it would help...
If they could put the machine where we could both get to it easy would make things go faster, but I don't think as fast as when I had the hanging roll... With the hanging roll, I could pack a box in one minute... Yesterday I felt like a turtle...
There's no way that two of us can pack 80 orders in a night (3 hours), like we had done in the past...
It seems like they are cluster f*cking our station with all of this equipment that gets in the way and makes us less efficient than we were...
**********************************************
Then my partner who trained me and keeps putting in good words to management on how much help I am has quit...
The known sour puss in large saws that always complains is gone... He got in one of his moods one day and walked out... They wouldn't let him come back when he came to his senses after... Even though he could be difficult, he set the record for uptime on his saw 73%... He may have been grumpy sometimes, but he got the job done.... I did get along with him, I would let him vent when things got to him...
******************************************
Then Andy and Shwan got hired in direct and are in the 'probationary' period with the yellow hats... Andy trained me in small saws when I hired in, and Shwan hired in about a month after me and I helped train him some (to try to keep him from getting some of Andy's bad habits - LOL!)
Andy got sour pusses job in large saws...
Shwan and I work great together (he's a young thin black kid (26))... He helps push the UPS orders out and deburr them for me so I don't have to deburr them myself... I help him get some of the supplies that he needs when he wasn't certified on a fork lift... I would help him and fetch some pallets and supplies for him so he didn't have to walk and carry them across the warehouse... We help each other out when we can.. Shwan is now doing more in his department...

have faith and try not to think about it TOO muchReally need something to happen soon. At least the pace is picking up.
as long as point A reaches point B and it doesnt rub anywhere, you'll be fine
well dang the wife is headed to Hoppyland to retrieve her family and get them where they need to go. Should've went and had the wife drop me at the Hopster's.
'ceptn he's at Mitches..
isn't the NiCu tuv approved? so should be ok and less issues with corrosion from what I understand?I've got a roll of NiCu but I'm practicing my bending and doing the routing with this cheaper stock. It is approved brake line so it's not household tubing.
But I've heard that objection before.
