Yep. Oh well such is life. I made ham steaks, pasta salad and asparagus for supper. Steaks soaked in a red wine and vinegar solution with a brown sugar glaze

ok - I didn't see we had switched to dinner conversation.. (well, beer is food - so there's that.. and there's Ben - - ) we had cheeseburgers and pasta salad - I love this diet...
