Stop in for a cup of coffee

A neighbor of mine in my youth had a Superbird AND a Daytona sitting in his driveway. Drove them everyday. I was just a dumb kid and I knew then they would be worth a ton of money someday.
 
Morning again. Started putting lights on dump trailer. I wonder if they ever worked at all,box grounds through dump pivot pin.
I will be taking care of that right shortly...this is a manufactured trailer. Dumb.
 
Just stopping in before heading to work, to say finally maybe the Fury is back with me for awhile! It got a modern HEI, the orange wires are ugly as sin but so long as it is reliable I can live with them. Picked it up Wednesday but it was obvious to me the system wasn't charging, a wire was overlooked and I got a new voltage regulator now too, so keeping my fingers crossed. :rolleyes:
 
I think a trip to the Big Valley is in order this afternoon. Nothing happening at our speedway this weekend and KCRP has $5 805. Anybody need a ticket for the NASCAR Late Model show tomorrow night? That's part of the package too.
 
I got my latest large canvas print art work today and it really finished off the bath remodel nicely!

Note the attention to detail. The light source in the painting is from the same direction as the window that is next to it...

Doing good tonight...not! Forgot my wallet at home. Had to get someone to let me in work cause I didn't have my key card. Was going to stop somewhere on way home- have no $ . Took over a PITA job from first shift. Hit my thumb with a hammer... At least the shift is half over.

If you give me that number of a place nearby that can deliver something for your lunch and takes credit cards, I can call in an order for you. Consider it a deposit on having you come down here sometime and helping put the rear glass in the ‘66. :)

what's your timeline on wanting to get that in? I keep finding things to overfill my schedule. Hopefully loosen up a little after Carlisle.

No hurry, sometime between now and Thanksgiving so I don’t have to worry about it next Winter.
