My A/C guy just left. Nice guy and very knowledgeable. He will put a couple of systems together and estimates. Probably $10,000+. Sounds like a 4 or 5 day project. We will probably go with a dual zone, variable blower and variable Compressor/condenser unit. He likes Carrier history and was interested in a few pieces from the old system. He also said that Carrier often offers rebates on antique systems. LOL

Sounds about right for a house the size of yours. I’m sure it will be great once it’s done.
 
Like I told the wife when she worked here the irrigation was working well. Now it is all clogged comes out sometimes with mud in the pipes. Might have to call the state to do a survey.
 
Well,sister in law is stable.
She saw doc yesterday and they gave her meds for a diverticulosis flare up. Her hubby found her unconcious and turning blue.
A reaction to meds? Not sure.
But they ruled out heart attack.

He went to doggy heaven on Friday. Kidney failure. Complication from his diabetes. I gave him insulin shots twice a day for the past couple of years and he had a special prescription dog food. I miss him.

, Yes, the same metal that is on the outside 36" up from the floor for water control, then plywood 8' up from there, sheet rock from there to the drop ceiling
 
Weather here, cooler than yesterday, but still with afternoon storms. Still tryin to get this Deek Stained.....
