The guy had me in stitches every day. Id be driving to my Business, and people would be staring at me , cause Im laughing historically , by myself in the car..I almost had a few driving accidents.....

I have a question for you all wise people. Roof metal. I'm ordering my roof metal in the next week or so for my shop. Construction won't start until spring most likely. If I stack it on some pallets outside and throw a tarp over it, think itd be ok outside all winter?

Well, it's going to be a roof... :realcrazy:

So it should be able to stand up to outdoors... with or without a tarp...

Hello McFly.... :poke:

You could take one or two pieces to make a roof to store the rest under....

Yeh… They are actually fairly common around here. I have collected them a few times. Not long after we moved here I had a few hundred drying in the shed and the squirrels stole them. I did some other years and shelled them out. I will eat some, but not really a favorite. Like English walnuts a lot more. My great aunts used to make black walnut cake. Probably first place I ever had them when I was a kid.
I've got some American Walnuts on my property. They're ok. Black walnuts around here are RARE

Good point

So I'm listening to my normal local FM radio on the way to work an earlier start than normal, those paving contractors were good for that. Regular DJ, just a normal day. Riiight. He played this bit called "Popo the Pocket Monkey", would have made Dr Dimento blush. I laughed so hard I thought I was going to wet'em . I couldn't find it anywhere on the net at the time. Maybe I'll give that a look now :D. Gooood morning. Ratz! Nuthin!
That's awsome! - especially in this day playlists and worse.
I don't think anything could make Dr Demento blush
Remember "Bicycle Seat"?

PS. he's got a new record out.

Dr. Dimento was great.... I used to listen to him and tape his show sometimes...
Damn! Same. I still ahve a couple cassetes.
Now I need to find some one who knows how to trouble shoot and fix tape decks....

Great day, first I learned that a phone's battery can swell up and push the screen out. Luckily the screen was still under warranty from when I busted it on the ice last January, they had it fixed in 30 min. Then, my boss let us know we are closed tomorrow, hurricane created supply issues. Flying out Wed morning to a MN wedding, thru the weekend, so I am getting a nice long vacation.

Just pulled the old fuel tank out of my 65 Belve...WooHooo What a smell.. Drained it, looked inside it,, what a mess. Plus it had a good size dent under it. Thank goodness I have another tank that looks good, that came with the other cars. Now to order a new sender, and hardware....

Storing metal, leave one end higher so if any moisture builds up it can run off. Cover it or dont.
Dont think it will make much difference.

Also try to leave airgaps between the sheets so that any condensation from temperature changes can dry off. All the more reason to leave it uncovered and let the air flow.

Might want to use the original sender if possible Mitch. Various issues with the repops seem to have been more common than not.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh.......
