I was seriously into it growing up with my buddy Sandeep. We were not far from the Aurora factory and a woman that worked there used to get cars with stuff like defects, wrong color etc and we bought them $2 each and just played with them. Now they are 500 cars if like new! Who knew right?

Mom sold mine at a garage sale when I was in my 20's. I bought back into it after E bay started and I had a couple kids. I bought back an erector set, Getaway Chase Game, and a Kenner Girder and Panel Building set to name a few. It cost me hundreds. Mom probably got a few dollars each at the garage sale. :BangHead::BangHead::BangHead::lol:

I had a Kenner Girder and Panel Building set but no idea what happened to it. I have tons of HO and N gauge train stuff. I have been thinking of getting rid of all of this stuff.

We had none of that stuff, did not know anyone that did. But we had the woods and rifles!

Don't mean to laugh... Misery loves company so to speak. My Dad sold all my possessions when I went into the Army. Came back from training before my first duty station and all my stuff, furniture and car were GONE.

And I have the Eldon set that the Dodge dealers sold back in the 70's I think it was a Charger and maybe a Coronet. I forgot. So I need to look that set up

Ha....my Dad did it to me big time. I would buy a car and because I was a JR. He would sell it and sign the title. He did that to me at least 4 times. When I finally caught on I saw a 70 Cuda' at the local Dodge dealer so when I traded in an old jeep pickup that my Dad had me buy I signed the title with Jr. He couldn't sell my car now. He was furious and went running to the Dodge dealership to get it changed but they wouldn't.

I have more than a few sets of 1/32 scale sets. The 66 Stromberg set is my favorite. The 67 Charger set and some more. I have totes of track that could more than around the house
