What ever I used on my Garage floor in my Condo when I sold it. It seemed to work well......Might have to wait some for concrete to fully cure before coating......have to check...

Even the 2 part stuff is available in solvent or water based. I had good results with the solvent based Rustoleum kits. I used several batches last place I worked. Those floors were abused too. Liquid fertilizer and ingredients spilled, dragging totes across...Have to look at the"Directions"!!!
If labeling is still the same, the kits labeled 'Professional' are real epoxy. Others are water based.

One guy finally replied to the visor ad. Couple hour drive maybe to pick it up. But its nice. Maybe too nice for the fargo. I was first, but some a-hole made a better offer. In order to get it i had to match. I did and then some.
