Hi, i from argentina, i have 398 supercharged dodge .....this is a good engine, but i have serius problems with the temperature.....we run on 8 psi of boost (root style) on a 8,5:1 compression.

Questions: What´s timing is good for my engine wiht gasoline 97.5 octane, and what's timing for acohol???

There is no way I'm qualified to answer your question, but that is a cool looking ride and I would really like to see more pics.
 
For the most part, you want less timing with a blower. I'd say starting around 10° inital and 28° total would be a good starting point. How bad is the temp issue? When does it get hot? What was the block bored to? Did you sonic test it first?

10° initial and 28° total..wiht gas or alcohol?????
the temp it´s realy hot....130°c...150°c
block bored is 0.60 (3,97)
i didn´t sonic test
 
I would think gas or alcohol. Alcohol could take more, but you're getting beyond me. I'm assuming on alcohol it doesnt run hot... On the temps.... If i convert celsius to farenhieht that is over 300°... What year block is it?

the block year it´s 1972
 
Nowhere near enough fan. At least double the cfm, and they should be run thru relays with big enough wire to keep things working. Also, at .060 over, that block may have some thin bores contributing to the issue.
