Summit Universal Shifter?

Putting a 3SP w/OD A833 into our 71 Dart and looking for a shifter. I came across this which looks to be a hurst clone. Does anyone have any experience with it?

Personally I would spend the extra to get the original Hurst. Yes it's a hundred bucks more, but you know you get the quality, and you know it'll fit.

X2 on the Hurst shifter, the universal shifter. Between the adapter bracket and the linkage, it will drive you to drink if you don't already.

I got broke in early, as a youngster first car, 57 Chiv, 3 speed, and "some sort" of JC Whitney caliber shifter. I spent more time trying to get it to work than I did shifting the thing.

Buy a good one, and don't look back.
