Swapping /6 for 1968 340 and want to remove everything AC related.

I'm removing /6 from a '71 Swinger and replacing with a 340. I'd like to remove everything AC related as part of the swap. Has anyone done this? Can you walk me through steps? Never messed with AC lines before.
