Tail lights and fuse

Yesterday, i was cruising to work and hit a multiple bump in the road, saw a little flash under the dash and the lights, clearance, and as it turns out the tail lights went out.

I looked at the fuses today and the one that handles the tail lights keeps blowing as soon as i put it in, the 20 amp fuse.

Anyone got any ideas on where to start.

Does anyone have a link to a 71 Scamp Wiring diagram, cant seem to find one anywhere.

oh the brake lights and the reverse lights do work also

Reverse lights should be separate from the tail lights.

one question, where does the rear light harness, tie into the rest of the system, it seems that it looks seperate

the rear light harness should connect to the main harness behind the drivers kick panel.
