Tail lights out

My tail lights are out on my 72 scamp break lights work fine can anyone help me trouble shoot

In the service manual, start with page 8-151

Have you checked the fuse? Do the park lights work? Instrument lamps?

Front lamps, tag lamp, all on the same fuse. If those are working the problem is in the rear fixtures/sockets/bulbs

Let's see head lights work break lights work in side lights work only things that don't are the tail lights and horn just replaced all bulbs

Sounds to me like it's in the harness to the rear, or as said above the sockets/ etc back in the trunk.

Refer to the diagram, remove the left front kick panel, and check the plug there where the harness goes to the rear. Make sure you have power there, maybe even work that connector in/ out (a bit of the old in - out) and go from there.

Confirm the rear bulb sockets are chassis grounded ?

Inside the left front kick panel is a harness connector . From there the wiring continues to the rear of the car. At that connector and at the rear fixtures, yellow and green wires are brake/turn. Brown wires are tail light wires. You'll need to get a test light to start trouble shooting.
