It’s hard to find info on it to be honest, after diving into the questions/answers on speedway motors and summit I came up with

1700 for small block

1900 for big block

And this description of the street rodder series converters:

I don’t believe so, it’s for non lock up transmissions and I believe the OD autos have that feature. The label says ‘72-80. But I believe it should work for 68+ as low by as it’s non-lockup.

I took the liberty of contacting TCI for ya, swinger and you were pretty much spot on with the Stall stats. Here is there reply...
That part number 141338 is a Street Rodder series and we no longer have those. It is a 10” stalls around 1500-1700 behind a small block and 1700-1900 behind a big block.
