:blob: The Barney Dart is my newest family member. I have spoke of my list before on other posts. I think everyone has a "list". (Favorites that you want to own). If you haven't heard my list before I will enlighten you on the top five favorites: E-body Plymouth, 68-69' Roadrunner, 70-71' Dart Swinger, 78-79' Dodge Warlock and a Plymouth Duster. Barney is number 3 on my list. I picked him up the way he sits for nine hundred and fifty dollars. No motor, no tranny, but does have SBP 8 3/4 rear end. The car is super solid and it has been mini tubbed. He has front disc brake conversion off 73'-up A-body. It will be running a 360 and a 727. My plan is to have it running, driving, drag racing by May the 11th. I am hoping to make it to the Piedmont Mopars Fun Run at Farmington Dragway in Mocksville, NC on May 11th. If I dont make it that weekend, I will make it to the Mopars at Mcdowall show in Marion, NC on May 18th from 8am-3pm put on by the Mountain Gateway Mopar Assocation. This is my local Mopar Car club.
