Yea. I named my car. Cause its pure muscle and bad *** green.
But no more! Now is the time of 8 tone paint jobs. Yes it is in the body shop at school. I have begun the paint job. I'm kind of worried though...
1. Some small rust problems on the bottom rear quarter... i think i will need a path panel... can i get one???
2. We were sanding, and my teacher noticed a yellowy kind of primer under the other two layers of primer (as well as something like 40 layers of the top green coat), which he says would react with a lot of the paints that we normally use...
Lastly, my teachers idea is to endura paint the car the red i want, then colour sand it. I know nothing about this colour sanding buisness, and haven't had time to sit with him and go over it. Busy lives we lead. He claims however that it will provide a very strong good-looking finish, and be a little cheaper.
Anybody got anythin to say? I could do with some learnin!
O, its going Red. Like Viper Red. With a custom white bumblebee stripe i got from a FABO member, says GT Dart, not sport. Its really slick.
I think i'll call it The Flash after...
