This happened in Calgary a few weeks ago on Facebook of all places. Someone stole a guys 1970 Charger Daytona from his back yard. There were so many people posting sightings of it that the dirtbags that stole it dumped it on a gravel road just out of town.

First time I ever saw real goodness come from Facebook.

No such thing as a 70 Charger Daytona.

F'n A....thay's a first! Well done! Too bad that pic doesnt show the license plate of trailer or pickup. Silver Dually possibly with OnStar? Wonder if they could subpoena the OnStar pings on that highway at thay GPS coordinate at thay time (phone may stamp ot on metadata of pix) and determine whos truck that was. Im sure if it were a missing persons case or murder, they could find that info.

That's cool that they got their car back...

But that's not an original Daytona, you can tell by the back window....

The truck and trailer were reported stolen. No one happened to catch a picture of the driver. They are probably looking for a enclosed trailer to try again.

Damn, so they stole a dually and(with) a trailer to steal a fake Daytona? That is some planning.....for little return. Probably realized it was a clone and then ditched it? Smells a little jank to me....

Clone or not, that car belongs inside a garage locked up away from prying eyes.

I still think the damn things are ugly and dis-proportional, and worse they have driven up the price of 70 B body Plymouths just so somebody can have a "Tribute."

Happy to hear the owner got it back tho, he's lucky the bastards did not burn it, bury it, or sink it.
