Not a bad deal, but as said earlier, it's a long way from being finished. I know from experience, there is a lot more headaches than just the chassis work. You also need to make sure what is there can be used, there are a lot of tubbed cars that get abandoned because something wasn't right and it needs to be completely redone, this is the main reason you see a lot of unfinished Pro Street cars for sale.
I had a well known race car builder do my back half and I took it back to him twice and still had to rework the front cross member and drive shaft loop myself and still need to replace the panard bar, and this guy built cars for Glidden.
