I was at a swap meet Saturday and there was a guy with the front and rear suspension out of a C5? Corvette there for $500 each. I was kinda liking the thought of the mono leaf to get rid of the coil overs. Anyone ever mess with that type suspension? It did seem kinda heavy when I tried to pick it up, so I don't think there would be a weight loss. It would be nice to have rack and pinion though.. I can see adding a bracket to the front frame because the cross member is a little narrower, but the upper control arms is what I have no clue on how to mount. Yeah, probably never gonna happen, but it looked like a good idea.
