Slope the toilet down so it becomes uncomfortable after about five minutes.

We have a younger engineer at work who sits on the john and fiddles with his phone. When I go in the next stall and see his unique shoes next stall over (only 2) I make a gigantic fake fart with my hand up to my mouth! He gets up and leaves real fast. I've done it so many times it's not even fun anymore....lol.

next time bring a bottle of water into the stall next to him
point your feet towards him, loudly unzip, and slowly pour the bottle out towards his stall

A young guy I worked with would disappear into the can for 20-30 minutes at a time !
I think he was watching cartoons ...

I used to work with a millwright that was a real piece of work. He would disappear into the crapper for 20-30 minutes once or twice a day. He'd then declare "my daddy always told me, you crap on the Man's time".

"He says it provides health and wellbeing benefits through improved posture and encouraging less time sitting on the toilet"

Well I say horseshit, bullshit and chickenshit, maybe even pigshit and dogshit. I'll throw in the catshit
