just bought new from NAPA, lefts and rights look identical with the exception of threads of course - tie rods on my car now are somewhat different between insides and outsides. Are there different "styles" but all work ? just don't want clearance problems.

Hummmmmmmm, good question. I allways did order them with a gripe and saying, "Give a pair of inner tir rods. Next week wold be the same thing again only outters.

Mine are all the same part number. I used 70 tie rod ends because they were $10. cheaper than 68 tie rod ends. I put them side by side and measured them with a pair of calipers. Dia. top, bottom and length checked the same. I bet the 73's are no different. :toothy7:
