70 dart 3"spring relocate Mini tub rear disc brakes 8 3/4 48" flange to flange
wondering about wheel and tire combo fender lip tucked in

48" to wheel mount surface or housing flange?

Housing flange. Just need backspace for weld drag lite with a good front side space. Have a 15x10 with 13.5 wide 28.5 tall tire bs 5 1/2. Can stack 3 ,1/4 spacers 3/4 over all to get tires to tuck fender and 2+ " to leafs Just unsure of offset??

If you have 5.5 backspace and add .75 in spacers to get the wheel where you want, you would need a wheel with 4.75" backspace.

The spreadsheet I created computes a 15x10 wheel with 5.5" backspace will be centered in the wheelhouse on that car.
