Top Gasket for Filler Neck

It has been years since I disassembled my Duster, but I recall there being a cork type gasket between the flange of the filler neck and the opening in the quarter panel.

I have searched for this gasket and could not find one, can someone help me out with a source for it?

It's foam not cork and DMT sells them for a few bucks

Just spoke to them, both filler neck bottom grommet and the top foam seal are on the way.
