torque specs on intake

just installed lokar cable and want to remove existing throttle bracket is there a specified torque or seeing as i am not removing intake can i just wing it a bit the motor is a 78 318 almost forgot that part

3/8" ratchet, put your hand around the head, and tighten. Then just a tad more. Under 15 pounds.
