tranny question

I have a 65 dart gt with the 6 in it what size would the tranny be and will it work with a 360? Sorry if that sounds stupid but this is the first mopar project and i dont know anything about them.Thanks

If it is a auto trans, it is a 904. It will not fit anything but a slant six. The bellhousing bolt pattern is different.
