trans oil

ok guys, a stupid question, a 94 ram 3500 5 spd manual, what is the best oil to put in ??, keep in mind its high mileage, and been through some abuse, its noisy, thanks, i know some one will know this answer on here, there is some pretty smart people here, thanks!

That trans specs a synchromesh-type fluid. NV3500, right? If so, RP Synchromax, Pennzoil, there's others. I use the RP Synchromax in my 2000 NV3500, love it.
