Triple Blue?

I had a 1970 Dodge Super Bee made into a diecast car. It has a blue body, blue stripe, blue interior and black top. Would this be considered triple blue with body, stripe and interior being blue? I have talked with others who say that the stripe being blue plays no part in the triple blue and some say that it does since the top is black. I can’t find anywhere with a Definite answer.
