Here are pics of my Dart Sport trunk. I got a frame welded up for my fuel cell to bridge the tire well. I use to have a 10 gal. but went to a 5 gal. I figured I didn't need to have any more fuel than that, especially when I throw a splash in after every run to keep the weight as close as possible for each run. The areas underneath are reinforced with extra metal to spread the load out. But the weight boxes are bolted through the frame rails with three long 1/2" bolts each.
