when your sitting at your computer lift your right foot and do clockwise circles with it . At the same time do a number 6 in the air with your right hand. your foot will change direction .
I concentrated real hard to keep the foot-circle moving CC, and I did it! I will admit, however, that the foot-circle did get a little wonky, but I kept it from reversing direction so I call it a success ... on the order of being able to rub my tummy and pat my head at the same time.
