TTI header bolts

So im getting ready to order a set of TTI's for my 74 360 duster and wanted to know how others installed theirs. I have 3 studs on the heads but that does make it a pain to install headers. Maybe they are too long?

Have you guys used bolts only? How about those locking bolts?

heck i think (have to go out and look) but i think i only have one stud in the one head. the rest are all bolts.

The TTI's come with bolts.I used a stud on each end and bolts on all the rest... Jim

Studs for the ones closet to the firewall on both sides?
How much exposed thread do i need after I put the bolts on?
