Our recently purchased Dart has a repo Tuff wheel, however the foam is coming off in chunks. Its not that old, 3-4 years. Wondering about cost to refoam vs replace. Anyone had one done? If so how's if holding up. If you had good luck with your repo Tuff wheel, who did you buy it from? I'm afraid to get another dud. Thanks.
