Got one for the dogs this week. So far so good and this includes both of them in a tug of war. Maxi really digs it and she still hasn't got the sqeakers out. I'll try and get a movie this weekend of the tug of war...

I haven't found a squeaky toy yet than can last more than 2 hours for Choppers. Even the Kong Ball type of squeakers get toasted in no time.
 
My two have busted kongs too. I found these at a local Petco and figured I'd give them a try since they are no more expensive than another Kong. Maximus and Merlin wiped out this AKC "approved" duck in about an hour...
 
BTW, Choppers looks great! Of all the dogs I've ever had, the Mastiffs are the coolest of the cool. I'm digging the big drool bubble too. :)
