Under Drive Pulley Set

since we know that the crank snout is the same for a 440 as the 225. couldn't we use a underdrive pulley set on the slant? just a matter of bolting on the water pulley and press on/off the alt pulley?

any body like it?

I don't see why not. Also remember that if you want a bigger or smaller wter pump pulley on a slant you can get a small block chevy pulley and drill the 4 holes out to 3/8" and it will bolt right on. You may have some spacing issues but those are easy to work around.
